Near the end of our hike we found this tree swing made from a ski lift chair. The swing is rather high in the air, which be figured was to compensate for the snow cover on the ground. Thinking about it later, it may also have just been because the tree's grown since it was put up. In either event, only Ian chose to climb in and give it a swing. Melinda and Sam look on.
Oh, also note all the cabbage-like plants in the field. They were everywhere in the Tahoe area.
