There's a long story about this picture, of which I'll save Cody the embarrassment. Suffice to say that Cody is extracting his slides from his briefcase, and is doing it the easiest way that's presently available.

The conference gave everyone these very nice travel bags, which you can see in front of Cody (labeled with the WWW10 logo and text). To remain different (and so I could identify which bag is mine), I stuck with using my backpack (on the left of the picture) during the conference.
