Doug and I continued along Skyline to Highway 92, then took a left to head to Half Moon Bay. There was a lot of traffic along the road, but it took only about 20 or 30 minutes to reach the ocean. The surf at the beach was really strong! The crests were perhaps 10 or 12 feet tall. Much less "Pacific" than Doug and I expected.
