Part of the backyard is paved and covered to offer some shade. Other parts are just ivy on the ground. Were I to own this property I would replace the ivy with grass, if it would grow and be healthy. There's a wood deck on one end with a cover and a shed (on the left). There's nice shade in the backyard and you don't see the neighboring properties much. The fence is leaning over in many areas and the best trees that offer shade are in the neighbors' yards; I'd want to plant my own trees soon to offer some additional shade and privacy as well.
