Double helix in jello

Overnight and through Saturday the red dye has leached into the yellow jello. The form of the double helix is still very evident, but it's lost some of the tissue-y feel from earlier. You can see near the bottom where the jello must have gotten blocked from flowing the rest of the way through the void our mold had left. [One of our guesses as to why it didn't go farther down, was that the red jello simply set quickly as it poured it -- the yellow was already pretty cool, and the red may have set and stopped flowing before it reached the bottom.]
