Assembling legos

The lego pieces were obvious in this puzzle; what wasn't obvious was the paper between the two pieces of fabric that wrapped the legos. We quickly pulled it out, which revealed a partial specification of where all the legos must be placed. The end results would be a brick four levels high, and we've already built three of the layers. Wei-Hwa and Nick are now finishing the last layer. Next stop: Fort Point (or, FTPT -- hard to encode much of a message in only four letters).
